Jessie and her siblings are called the Toy Story pups, and were a part of the 50 plus dogs that we trapped and rescued from a ranch in Central Texas. Their parents lived outside with little human interaction, guarding boer goats. Jessie and her siblings are Akbash with possibly some Great Pyrenees in their family tree. The Toy story gang has been exposed to cats, chickens, donkeys and sheep.
 
Jessie is b eing raised as a family pet, not as a livestock guardian. She l ikes the crate, likes to play with toys, and loves to shred magazines.
